We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We only collect your personal data when the law allows us to do so. Personal information that we may collect includes:

  • To determine and predict jobs, roles and other services that might be suitable for you on our website

    If you delete your account or request that your information be deleted, we still may retain some Personal Information that you have provided to us in order to maintain InterviewParrot or to comply with relevant laws.   • You can request a copy of your personal data which we hold about you
  • you can request to correct any date that we hold about you. We may need to verify the accuracy of such information before applying
  • You can request to erase your personal data with us where it is no longer required for us to hold the data
  • You can withdraw any consent you might have given to processing your data by us or a third party. Such request will be processed except for some cases where we can establish that we may have a legitimate grounds to process your data, to fulfil a contract, agreement or assessment with an Employer for example
  • You can request the transfer of your personal data to you or to a third party. Your personal data can only be sent in a structured and commonly used machine readable format like xml, json for example
  • You can request to restrict further processing of your personal data where there is a dispute in relation to the accuracy or processing of your personal data
  • You can request to withdraw consent at any time for processing your data where we are relying on your consent to process your data. After such request is processed, we may not be able to continue providing certain products and services to you
  • We aim to respond to legitimate requests within one month, but it might take longer in some cases if you have made multiple requests or your request is particularly complex. We usually do not charge a fee to access your personal data or to process any other requests related to your data, and rights associated with them.
